Beneficiaries:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Eligible for the facilitative interventions will be commercial and artisan enterprises, registered in the Registry of Enterprises in Sardinia that have already made the investments,<\/em>such as but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n (a) the purchase of the land specifically for the construction and\/or expansion of buildings placed in the service of the enterprise’s business.<\/p>\n\n (b) the purchase, construction, renovation, extension and modernization of buildings placed at the service of the enterprise’s business including expenses for works and facilities aimed at environmental protection and safety of workplaces and technical design expenses;<\/p>\n\n (c) the purchase of machinery, fixed equipment, mobile plant and furnishings, motor vehicles<\/p>\n\n (d) the purchase of software, patent rights and licenses and to the creation of websites to support business development and improvement.<\/p>\n\n Facilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Capital contribution<\/p>\n\n Expenditure, net of taxes, incurred in the implementation of the investment benefits from a capital grant (de minimis) to the extent of 40 percent of the documented cost.<\/p>\n\n Interest subsidy<\/p>\n\n For the portion of the financing eligible for the interest subsidy, the subsidy is recognized for a maximum term of 12 years for purchase, construction of real estate; 6 years for machinery, plant and equipment; and 5 years for inventory.<\/p>\n\n The amount of the contribution is determined as a percentage of the reference rate in effect on the date of entering into the loan agreement equal to 64 percent.<\/p>\n\n Capital grant for new employment in commercial enterprises<\/p>\n\n For those who have increased the workforce during the 12 months preceding the submission of the application for aid.
